Website visits and email correspondence
When you visit the site, our hosting provider may process technical request information, such as an IP address, browser information and request time, to deliver and protect the website. Karnelo’s website code does not include optional analytics, advertising, heatmap or session-replay tools.
If you email Karnelo, we use your contact details and the information in your message to assess and respond to it. We rely on legitimate interests for this limited purpose and restrict access to people responsible for the response.
Workflow enquiries
Information submitted through the workflow enquiry form is used to assess and respond to that enquiry. We use minimum-access handling, limiting access to people responsible for the response. It is not used for analytics or automated decisions.

Retention and your choices
Email and workflow enquiries that do not become customer work are kept for no more than 24 months. You can ask to access, correct or erase your personal information, restrict its use, or object to our use of it. These rights depend on the circumstances and applicable law.
